How long does it take to get the kit?
Once we receive payment, it goes out within 24 business hours. All orders are sent out priority mail via the US Postal Service. All checks will delay the shipment of the start up kit by 7 business days.

When do I get paid?
When we receive a unit, it will go through inspection taking approximately 1-2 business days. If it meets to our specifications, which are listed in the start up kit, we will issue a payment the next day.

Will my registration fee be reimbursed to me?
After your 3rd unit is accepted, we will reimburse you the $14.00 for the registration fee back along with your unit payment.

Do I need to purchase my own supplies?
After your first unit is accepted, your start up kit contains enough materials for your first full unit You may by supplies from us for a low cost of $15.00 plus $4.00 for shipping and handling, which comes to $19.00 total. You may also by your supplies at a local Wal-Mart or Craft store.

What if my bookmarks do not meet to specifications?
We will send the full unit back to you with an inspection form, if your unit does not meet the required specification it will show you what you have done wrong and how to correct the bookmark. There is also a telephone number in the start up kit to call if you need help making the bookmark.

Can I get a refund if the program is not for me?
Yes, you have 30 days to try the program. If for any reason the program is not for you, all you have to do is send the entire start up kit back to us within 30 days. As long as we receive the start up kit back within 30 days from the shipment date, we shall refund you $15.00 for the cost of the start up kit.
